Refund Process

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide a valid reason for the refund request.
  3. Allow us 5-7 business days to review and process your refund request.

Refund Amount

The refund amount will be calculated based on the following:

  • For website design and development services, the refund amount will be 50% of the total project cost.
  • For digital marketing services, the refund amount will be 75% of the total service cost.
  • For web hosting and maintenance services, the refund amount will be 100% of the total service cost for the unused period.

Refund Timeline

Refunds will be credited within 4-5 business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

Cancellation of Services

In the event of cancellation of services, the following conditions will apply:

  • You must provide written notice of cancellation via email at info@webeneur.in.
  • Cancellation will take within 2- 3 days.
  • You will be eligible for a refund as per the Refund Amount section above.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we will attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If the dispute cannot be resolved, we reserve the right to seek resolution through arbitration.
